Valor General Trades was hired by a larger local contractor to pick up on 80% of the complete scope of work. The goal on this project was to bring the existing building up to ADA code in as many ways as possible. Valor was responsible for demolition, framing, drywall, cabinets, tile and stairwell handrails.

We played an instrumental role in project coordination and scheduling. Some of the challenges we faced on this project included working in a high security building as well as keeping their daily operations unaffected.
